- Members interested in applying must enter their names on the notice at the clubhouse together with their British Tennis Membership number (go to the LTA web site and enter your name in the 'FIND A PLAYER' slots - if you have difficulty, contact the Webmaster@GrimsbyTennis.com). The draw usually takes place in April.
- the British Tennis Membership of applicants must be 'associated' with Grimsby Tennis Centre, and it is extremely important that contact details held by the LTA are accurate.
- An applicant may only win one pair of tickets through the GTC Ballot and no tickets should be given away or used outside the ballot for prizes in other competitions, for instance.
- Applicants either have to attend the draw in person or nominate another person who will be attending to represent them.
- Applicants must be fully paid members of Grimsby Tennis Centre for the current year.
- All successful applicants have to sign and agree to adhere to the LTA regulations regarding the issue of Wimbledon tickets; if any of the Centre's allocation is found to have been sold on or used inappropriately Grimsby Tennis Centre can lose its whole allocation for future years, so DO NOT APPLY unless you can personally use the tickets.
- No child, aged 8 or under, are permitted to enter the GTC Ballot.
- Any applicants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the draw night, who must sign the terms and conditions upon their behalf in respect of any successful application. N.B. An adult must also accompany any successful ticket applicants under the age of 16 to Wimbledon.
- Once GTC informs the LTA of the successful applicants, the ticket cannot be transferred and after payment directly to the LTA, the LTA will forward the tickets directly to the applicant
